* Collects daily $1 USD equivalent investments in ADA
* Total pool value calculation at 00:00 UTC
* Distribution allocation:
  * 98.5% to member distributions through Static Binary Tree
  * 0.5% for operational costs
  * 1% for staking and DeFi activities
